North Perimeter Construction Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the Design-Build Contractor for the Rolly’s Transfer Moving and Storage Complex.

Located in the new Samborski Subdivision off McGillvary Blvd, the Complex is located in the R.M. of MacDonald, a 2 minute drive from Kenaston Blvd.

The Complex features eight (8) buildings totaling over 88,000 square feet of storage space.  A 16,700 square foot office and warehouse facility will provide the main offices for Rolly’s Transfer as well as state-of the-art transfer and storage capabilities.

Two (2) 15,750 square foot climate controlled self storage locker buildings and an additional 40,000 square feet of non climate controlled self storage self storage lockers will provide approximately 550 storage units available for rent.

Additional features include a state-of the-art security system with 24 hour surveillance, a fully fenced compound and an RV / exterior parking area with electrical hookups for year round use.

The Complex is scheduled to be completed early spring of 2012.
