The Project Management method has North Perimeter's Construction Ltd.'s design team providing a design concept, preliminary planning, budget costing through to final working drawings and specifications to calling of sub-trade tenders. A full analysis of bids received is reviewed with the client, a final construction schedule is prepared, all based on a fixed percentage fee.

Canadian Thriftlodge - Water Park

Constructed over the winter of 2008, North Perimeter Construction Ltd. acted as Project Manager for the project, valued at $2,000,000. NPC was brought in following completion of conceptual and preliminary drawing to oversee, plan and schedule construction. NPC facilitated all subcontract tendering, completion of finalized working drawings, permit processing and complete project management. The Water Park opened in the summer of 2008 and has been a great success.

Concordia Pool – Water Slide Replacement

Constructed in 2008, North Perimeter Construction Ltd. acted as Project Manager for the project, valued at $400,000. Working closely with Western Recreation, NPC was brought in to oversee, plan and schedule construction. NPC facilitated all subcontract tendering, permit processing and complete project management. The revitalized water slide opened in the late fall of 2008 and has been a great success.

1430 Erin Street – Commercial Building

Constructed in 2007, North Perimeter Construction Ltd. acted as Project Manager for the project, valued at $130,000. NPC was brought in to complete preliminary and finalized working drawings as well as to oversee, plan and schedule construction. NPC facilitated all subcontract tendering, permit processing and complete project management.
